Just got a small piece out of the test kiln this morning. Just in time to show sisters, Linda and Laura. The test piece was a small bowl with layered colored slip. I tried a technique that I say in a video on Ceramic Arts Daily. It is a great technique for my terra cotta work. I taught it to my class at the Gunnison Art Studio. Simple process but can achieve very unique and interesting surface designs.
